1 head of cabbage
1 package of dry onion soup (I used Lipton Recipe Secrets onion recipe soup &dip mix)
2 bell peppers
6 green onions
1 celery stalk
1 large can of Stewed tomatoes (original recipe)
1. Add all ingredients to the pot and cover with water.
2. Boil for 30 minutes.
3. Cover the pot and let it simmer until the vegetables are soft.
4. Enjoy your healthy meal!
