2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillets
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a small bowl mix syrup, mustard, and a little salt and pepper. Coat salmon and place on a baking sheet.
3. Bake 6-8 minutes until opaque throughout.
Serve with your choice of veggies.
